We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect with comprehensive full-stack software engineering expertise to enhance our Sales AI applications. This role is pivotal in crafting and advancing solutions that seamlessly integrate generative AI and intelligent workflows into daily sales processes.

You will operate across the entire application stack, collaborating closely with Product, AI/ML, Data, Security, Solution Architecture, and Engineering teams to deliver robust, secure, and globally scalable solutions.

Collaborate with application teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack solutions for enterprise sales workflows. Guide technical direction across front-end, back-end, APIs, data services, integrations, and cloud infrastructure. Translate complex product requirements and business needs into secure, maintainable solutions with intuitive user experiences. Integrate generative AI models, AI services, APIs, retrieval systems, and agentic workflows into production applications. Design application architectures that prioritize performance, availability, observability, security, scalability, and long-term maintainability. Lead technical design discussions, critically evaluate implementation approaches, make sound architecture decisions, and assess emerging technologies. Elevate engineering practices in areas like testing, code quality, CI/CD, monitoring, documentation, and production readiness. Investigate complex issues to develop solutions that boost reliability and user experience. Mentor fellow engineers, disseminate technical knowledge, and contribute to establishing robust engineering standards and collaborative team practices.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is recommended. Possess over 10 years of professional software engineering experience, including building and managing production applications. Demonstrate experience in developing full-stack applications using modern front-end, back-end, and web application technologies. Exhibit proficiency in at least one of the following languages or frameworks: Python, Java, JavaScript, React, Node.js, or similar. Showcase experience designing APIs, distributed applications, data services, enterprise integrations, scalable cloud applications, databases, and messaging systems. Include experience integrating AI or machine learning capabilities via APIs, models, retrieval systems, or AI services. Display knowledge of software architecture, system design, security, testing methodologies, observability principles, and production operations. Possess the ability to lead technical initiatives, make informed engineering decisions, communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and mentor engineers.
