This position offers an exciting opportunity to architect, build, and refine solutions that seamlessly integrate generative AI and intelligent workflows into the daily sales experience. You will collaborate across multiple disciplines, including Product, AI/ML, Data, Security, Solution Architecture, and Engineering teams, to deliver robust, secure, and globally scalable solutions.

Collaborate closely with application teams to design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable full-stack solutions for enterprise sales workflows. Guide the technical direction of solutions spanning front-end, back-end, APIs, data services, integrations, and cloud infrastructure.

Translate intricate product requirements and business needs into secure, maintainable solutions that offer intuitive user experiences. Integrate advanced generative AI models, AI services, APIs, retrieval systems, and agentic workflows into production-grade applications.

Architect applications for optimal performance, availability, observability, security, scalability, and long-term maintainability. Lead critical technical design discussions, compare diverse implementation approaches, and make well-informed architecture decisions while evaluating emerging technologies.

Enhance engineering best practices for testing, code quality, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, documentation, and production readiness. Proactively investigate and resolve complex issues to boost reliability and enhance the user experience. Mentor fellow engineers, disseminate technical knowledge, and actively contribute to engineering standards and collaborative team practices.

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is highly encouraged. A minimum of 10 years of professional software engineering experience is required, including a strong background in building and operating production applications.

Demonstrate experience in developing full-stack applications using modern front-end, back-end, and web application technologies. Proficiency in at least one programming language or framework such as Python, Java, JavaScript, React, or Node.js is essential.

Possess expertise in designing APIs, distributed applications, data services, enterprise integrations, scalable cloud applications, databases, and messaging systems. Experience integrating AI or machine learning capabilities via APIs, models, retrieval systems, or AI services is crucial.

Exhibit a solid understanding of software architecture, system design principles, security protocols, testing methodologies, observability practices, and production operations. The ability to lead technical initiatives, make sound engineering decisions, communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and mentor engineers is paramount.
