Key responsibilities involve developing and expanding test strategies for superior stress, stability, and performance. You will design and implement automated verification software for all SoC HW and SW components, leveraging your expertise to streamline testing. Effective collaboration with development, verification, and customer-facing teams is crucial for understanding products and their real-world applications. You will also analyze and resolve issues at the code level, lead defect resolution, and provide efficient fixes. Leading teams and projects in SoC validation is also a core aspect of this role.

- Develop and extend existing test strategies for stress, stability, and performance. - Design and develop software to automate the verification of SoC HW and SW components. - Collaborate with development, verification, and customer-facing teams. - Analyze and root-cause issues, lead defect fixing processes. - Lead teams and projects related to SoC validation.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields. - Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Windows devices or SoC HW/SW validation. - Proficiency in Windows OS. - Skilled in Python programming and experience with source control systems (Gerrit, Gitlab). - Experience utilizing AI coding assistants for improved efficiency and correctness. - Proven experience in leading teams and projects. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
