Join Mastercard's Cyber and Intelligence (C&I) team as a Senior Software Integration Engineer. Our C&I division is dedicated to developing and delivering top-tier risk and security products and services for Mastercard clients globally.

The Ethoca Salesforce platform plays a crucial role in our Business Applications and Operations, supporting Sales, Account Management, and Customer Support teams for vital activities like onboarding, pricing, and contracting. We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to enhance and maintain our Salesforce application, ultimately improving business processes, streamlining operations, and elevating the customer experience.

As a Senior Software Integration Engineer, you will lead the design and direction of the solution framework for the Salesforce development team. You will craft custom solutions within Salesforce to support critical business functions and achieve project objectives, client needs, and company goals.

You will also be responsible for creating Proofs of Concept (POCs) to help stakeholders visualize proposed solutions and lead solution meetings with customers. A key part of this role involves evaluating business processes, anticipating future requirements, identifying areas for enhancement, and developing/implementing effective solutions.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, coupled with 6 to 8 years of experience in software development and Salesforce integrations. Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer 1/Platform Developer 2) and experience developing customer-facing applications are essential.

Proficiency in Salesforce basics, Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Web Components, RDBMS, and JavaScript is necessary. You should also have hands-on experience with Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, SFDX, and integrating systems using REST and SOAP APIs. Experience with Data Cloud and Agentforce configurations, as well as Agentforce automation and prompt builder, is also required.
