As a Senior Software Engineer, you will own the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle, including coding, testing, deployment, and documentation. You will be responsible for refactoring existing code to ensure exceptional quality and adopting new technologies. Key contributions include participating in agile processes, automating build and operational aspects, and driving integration of services with a focus on customer journeys.

You will also drive adoption of technology standards, mentor junior team members, and identify opportunities for process improvement. A crucial part of this role involves understanding and improving operational metrics, developing a deep understanding of the technical architecture, and performing code reviews to ensure adherence to standards. Sharing knowledge within the engineering community is also highly valued.

To excel in this role, you should possess the ability to write secure code in multiple languages like Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript, coupled with familiarity with secure coding standards (e.g., OWASP). Experience with Infrastructure as Code and cloud-first development is preferred.

Proficiency in test-driven and behavior-driven development, along with a strong understanding of the testing pyramid, is essential. You should be well-versed in various design patterns, API standards, and modern SDLC practices such as Scrum and DevOps.
