We seek extensive experience, including 8 years in software development, 7 years in technical project strategy, ML design, and ML infrastructure optimization (e.g., model deployment, evaluation, data processing, debugging, fine-tuning), and 5 years in a technical leadership capacity.

Significant people management experience (5 years) is crucial, alongside 2 years of hands-on work with state-of-the-art GenAI techniques such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Multi-Modal, or Large Vision Models, or related concepts like language modeling and computer vision.

Preferred candidates will hold a Master’s degree or PhD in a technical field and possess 5 years of experience navigating complex, matrixed organizational structures.
