A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, alongside a minimum of 8 years in software development.
Demonstrate 7 years of experience in technical project strategy, ML design, and optimizing ML infrastructure, covering deployment, evaluation, data processing, debugging, and fine-tuning.
Possess 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role and 5 years in people or team management.
Bring 2 years of experience with state-of-the-art Generative AI techniques such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Multi-Modal AI, or Large Vision Models, including related concepts like language modeling and computer vision.
Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant technical field and 5 years of experience in a complex, matrixed organization.
