We are seeking a Senior Software Engineering Lead with expertise in TypeScript, React, and Terraform. This position is integral to our mission of making healthcare work better for everyone, addressing systemic barriers and promoting equitable care.

As a Senior Software Engineering Lead, you will drive innovation in CI/CD and automation, enhance deployment reliability, and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). You'll be responsible for containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring configuration consistency across environments, and embedding DevSecOps best practices. A significant part of your role involves designing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions, including Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI, while effectively communicating technical insights to stakeholders and conducting risk analyses.

You will also leverage AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot and M365 Copilot to optimize development workflows, debug code, generate test data, and streamline user story creation, ensuring compliance with all company policies and directives.

We require a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, coupled with over 5 years of experience in Agile/Lean software development. Significant experience with cloud environments (preferably Azure or GCP), CI/CD pipeline automation, and Git is essential. Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, SQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Python, and modern API development practices is mandatory.

Demonstrated experience in designing and deploying scalable, secure, enterprise-grade applications using microservices and SOA patterns is crucial. You must have hands-on experience with AI application patterns like RAG, prompt engineering, and vector databases. Furthermore, proven experience in building infrastructure with Terraform and utilizing AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and quality is expected. The ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and communicate effectively across global teams is vital.
