Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying secure, scalable cloud-based applications using React, TypeScript, and Python. You will build robust APIs, integrate AI capabilities like LLMs and Generative AI, and contribute to AI-enabled solutions including RAG and intelligent search.

This role involves leveraging AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity and code quality. You will also support the implementation of agentic AI solutions, focusing on prompt engineering and orchestration. Collaboration with product owners and stakeholders is crucial for delivering end-to-end solutions for reporting, analytics, and automation.

Further duties include participating in all SDLC phases, applying Agile/Lean practices, and ensuring engineering excellence through code reviews and design discussions. You will build and support cloud-native solutions on Azure, manage CI/CD pipelines, and troubleshoot production issues to meet service-level objectives. Continuous learning of emerging AI and cloud technologies is essential.

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineering Lead with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 7 years in Agile/Lean software development and 4 years of cloud environment experience, preferably Azure, is required.

Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, SQL, Python, and modern API development is essential. Experience with cloud environments, CI/CD automation, Git, GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) is necessary. You must have hands-on experience developing applications integrating LLMs, Generative AI, or AI agents.

Familiarity with AI application patterns like RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases, semantic search, and conversational AI is expected. Knowledge of agent orchestration frameworks such as Semantic Kernel or LangChain is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are vital for working with cross-functional and global teams.
