This Senior Software Engineering Lead role focuses on enhancing employee experience and corporate operations through two key initiatives. You will spearhead front-end architecture and user experience for Eva, an enterprise virtual agent, and also develop custom SharePoint solutions. Your work will involve React-based UIs, streaming APIs, and intelligent employee tools to create scalable solutions that streamline workflows and elevate the digital employee experience.

Architect, develop, and deliver modern React-based user interfaces and custom SharePoint solutions to enhance employee engagement and streamline administrative tasks. Lead front-end engineering for Eva, the employee virtual agent, focusing on intuitive UI/UX, streaming API integration, and performance optimization. Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions for complex business challenges, emphasizing responsible AI usage. Utilize enterprise-approved AI tools to automate tasks and drive continuous product enhancement. Collaborate with product managers, architects, and UX designers to translate requirements into modular, maintainable code. Evaluate emerging AI and web technologies to inform engineering decisions and drive innovation. Conduct rigorous code reviews and enforce high standards for code quality, scalability, and security.

A Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years in software engineering or application development is required. Possess over 5 years of hands-on experience with web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Demonstrate strong proficiency in modern React development, including UI/UX concepts, streaming APIs, performance tuning, and component packaging (5+ years). Have 3+ years of experience designing, integrating, and consuming RESTful APIs and web services. Bring 2+ years of experience with version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
