We are seeking a Senior Software Engineering Lead with extensive experience in Python, React.js, and AI/ML to drive innovation and excellence. This position is crucial in designing, developing, and maintaining advanced software solutions that enhance application functionality and user experience.

Lead the design, architecture, development, and maintenance of user interfaces, server-side logic, databases, APIs, and deployment pipelines. Build and optimize AI-enabled solutions to elevate application performance and user engagement. Execute analysis, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation for software projects.

Leverage cloud-native technologies for scalable, secure, and cost-efficient solutions. Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform. Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, agile methodologies, and cloud security standards. Contribute to product roadmaps by understanding customer needs and evaluating new technologies.

Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure for peak performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency. Integrate AI/ML models seamlessly into applications and cloud deployments. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, participating in incident and problem management, including on-call support. Guide and mentor junior developers to foster team growth and knowledge sharing.

A degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent practical experience is required. You should possess over 9 years of software engineering experience, including enterprise-class microservices, REST APIs, and web applications.

Demonstrated expertise with Python libraries such as Pandas, Flask, and PySpark is essential. Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and managing infrastructure via IaC tools like Terraform is critical. Proficiency in component-based architectures, particularly React, and building large-scale React applications is highly valued.

Solid understanding of microservice architecture, REST API integration, and asynchronous communication patterns is necessary. Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, serverless computing, and cloud monitoring tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Grafana) is expected. Experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, and integrating AI models into applications, is a plus.

Proficiency in Python, React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL Flexible Server is required. Proven expertise in setting up CI/CD pipelines and deploying applications, preferably in AKS using GitHub Actions, is essential. You must demonstrate proven expertise in designing and developing scalable, resilient, and high-performing FastAPI/Flask APIs. Strong skills in addressing security vulnerabilities and ensuring secure application development are a must. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, coupled with a passion for sharing best practices and driving organizational discipline, are key.
