Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle HCM Cloud, resolving incidents and managing integrations via OIC, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, and REST/SOAP APIs. Develop and maintain Fast Formulas, BI Publisher reports, and OTBI analyses. Manage security configurations and support quarterly releases. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent teams to address issues, implement enhancements, and drive process improvements within an ITIL-based 16x7 support framework, including on-call duties.

We are seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant with 7-11 years of experience. A Graduate degree or equivalent experience is required. You must possess 4+ years of hands-on experience in developing and maintaining integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, and middleware. Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills are essential. Experience with global implementations, payroll operations, and working in an ITIL-based support environment is highly preferred. This role offers a growth path into AI user persona and AI builder capabilities with the latest Oracle HCM package.
