We are seeking a Senior Software Engineering Lead with extensive experience in Java, React.js, Python, and AI/ML to drive innovation and technical excellence.

Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of large-scale, AI-powered, and cloud-native solutions. Champion the adoption of Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI/ML platforms, and automation across the organization.

Define technical strategies, architecture standards, and engineering best practices for scalable, secure, and resilient systems. Architect and optimize solutions using Azure Public Cloud services and modern platform engineering. Drive cross-functional initiatives involving software engineering, AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, and DevSecOps.

Mentor engineers, influence technical direction through reviews and innovation, and drive operational excellence via automation, observability, reliability engineering, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with leaders to translate strategic objectives into actionable technology solutions.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, along with over 10 years of software engineering experience, including significant architecture and technical leadership. Deep expertise in Azure Public Cloud, cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code is essential.

Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing enterprise-scale CI/CD, DevSecOps, and platform engineering solutions is crucial. Advanced proficiency in Python, Java, Spring Boot, microservices, APIs, and distributed systems is required. Strong skills in AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and RAG frameworks are critical.

Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives, influence architecture decisions across multiple teams, and strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and mentoring skills are expected.
