Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications throughout the AI Software Development Life Cycle (AI-SDLC). Build and deploy scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud-native solutions, including microservices and APIs, adhering to architectural standards.

Develop backend services using Java (Spring Boot) and Python, and frontend applications with React, Angular, or Next.js. Design and implement robust RESTful APIs and integrations, alongside AI-powered solutions, Agentic AI frameworks, and multi-step orchestrations.

Manage data warehousing solutions like Snowflake and Databricks, orchestrating large-scale data pipelines using modern frameworks. Implement CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and manage infrastructure as code with Terraform. Ensure secure coding practices and contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and drive architectural discussions. Collaborate with stakeholders to foster innovation and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for automation and performance enhancement. Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.

We are seeking experienced professionals with a Graduate degree or equivalent experience and over 7 years in API design, service integration, and backend system engineering. A strong foundation in building API-driven platforms, reusable frameworks, and enterprise-grade integrations is essential.

Candidates should possess over 5 years of experience with frontend frameworks (React/Angular/Next.js), SQL for data manipulation, and Python/Apache Spark for data pipelines. Proven expertise in Azure cloud services, including Databricks or similar data platforms, is required.

Demonstrated experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes/AKS) and artifact management (JFrog/Artifactory) is expected. Hands-on experience in building AI-enabled systems, including Agentic AI, RAG pipelines, and LLM orchestration, is crucial.

Familiarity with CI/CD using GitHub Actions and infrastructure provisioning via Terraform is necessary. Experience operating within Agile/Scrum teams and a working knowledge of the AI PDLC are key. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders are vital.
