As a Senior Software Engineering Lead, you will provide technical leadership, guiding architecture and design decisions for scalable, maintainable solutions. You will lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering growth and high performance. Overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery, you will ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to align engineering efforts with business objectives. Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and practices like Agile and DevOps. You will also be responsible for hiring, onboarding, and developing engineering talent, promoting a culture of learning and innovation.

Additional responsibilities include managing team budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships. Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development lifecycle. Compliance with all company policies and directives regarding work location, assignments, and schedules is also required.

We require a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, coupled with over 8 years of software development experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.

Essential technical expertise includes solid hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot for backend services, and proficiency with Microsoft Azure cloud services (AKS, App Services, Azure DevOps). Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and integration, along with a deep understanding of Kubernetes for container orchestration and microservices, is crucial.

Demonstrated experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams are essential. You should possess experience designing distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-native applications, along with familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
