This Senior Software Engineering Lead position involves designing, developing, and maintaining robust contact center solutions using Genesys/Connect. You will deliver high-quality code, contribute to product roadmaps, and drive innovation by automating common tasks and applying AI where applicable. Responsibilities also include research and development, ensuring compliance with company policies, and influencing future technological capabilities.

Key tasks include analysis, engineering, testing, debugging, documentation, and operations. A passion for technology and finding innovative solutions is essential for this role. You will also be responsible for building common utilities to enhance organizational efficiency.

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Genesys/Amazon Connect and 5 years of experience in contact center environments. Expertise in Contact Center Development, Testing, and Implementation is essential for this role.

Prior experience with Contact Center Development, Testing & Implementation is a must. Graduate degree or equivalent work experience will also be considered. This is a hybrid role based in Bangalore, India.
