Lead the design and development of scalable Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions, including reusable components and templates. Build robust backend services using Java, OSGi, and REST APIs, while implementing modern frontend experiences with React, TypeScript, and Next.js. Drive headless content delivery, optimize for accessibility, SEO, and Core Web Vitals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, mentor junior developers, and ensure high-quality code and solution delivery.

A Bachelor's degree is required for this position. You should have over 5 years of web application development experience, with at least 3 years focused on AEM development (AEM 6.5 and/or AEM as a Cloud Service). Essential skills include strong Java, OSGi, Sling, Maven, and REST API expertise. Proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS is also critical. Experience with AEM Headless CMS, GraphQL, Git, CI/CD tools, and Agile methodologies is necessary. A solid understanding of Core Web Vitals, accessibility, SEO, and browser performance is expected.
