You will focus on creating scalable, reliable, and secure solutions by employing agile principles, test-driven development, and continuous integration/deployment. We seek a strong problem-solver with a deep grasp of UI/UX, cloud-native technologies, and robust enterprise architectures.
As a Technical Lead, you will guide a cross-functional engineering team in developing and maintaining SCA software systems, while also promoting engineering excellence. You will provide critical technical leadership for the architectural evolution, development, and upkeep of core SCA enterprise applications.
Key responsibilities include: - Collaborating with Product Managers on technically feasible product roadmaps and business solutions. - Leading large software projects from conception through to completion. - Enhancing team adherence to coding best practices, security, architecture, and technology standards. - Mentoring junior engineers to foster their technical development. - Playing a vital role in application architecture, design, and decision-making. - Writing well-designed, tested, and maintainable code. - Ensuring high-quality, regular application releases. - Cultivating a transparent and communicative culture with stakeholders. - Championing agile practices like CI, TDD, and CD. - Participating in periodic on-call support.
The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in: - Microsoft stack technologies (.NET, .NET CORE, C#, Visual Studio, Entity Framework, SQL Server). - Front-end technologies including jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with proficiency in frameworks like Angular or React. - Azure cloud services (Functions, Batch, Storage, Key Vault, etc.) and Azure DevOps. - Comprehensive DevOps practices.
Additionally, you should have: - Over 8 years of overall software engineering experience. - At least 2 years of proven success leading software teams from ideation to delivery. - Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. - Familiarity with transactional databases, caching systems, and performance tuning. - A strong understanding of building public/internal APIs and integration frameworks. - Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures. - Solid knowledge of software security best practices and design system implementations. - A self-directed approach, capable of working with minimal supervision. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical partners.
