As a Senior Software Engineering Lead, you will be instrumental in architecting and developing high-performance backend services using GO, adhering to stringent industry standards. You'll craft engaging user interfaces with React, Redux, and contemporary front-end technologies.

Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to transform complex requirements into maintainable, high-quality code. You will champion best practices by writing clean, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code, actively participating in code reviews to ensure excellence.

Partner closely with the DevOps team for seamless application deployment and management on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), utilizing services like GKE. Focus on optimizing application performance, scalability, and security, leveraging GCP's robust capabilities. Adherence to all company policies, including those concerning work arrangements, is essential.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. A minimum of 2 years of full-stack web development experience, with strong expertise in Node.js and React, is required.

Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, along with a solid grasp of JavaScript (ES6+) and modern web development methodologies, is crucial. Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and containerization tools like Docker is highly valued.

Demonstrated exceptional problem-solving and debugging abilities are essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with excellent collaboration capabilities within a team setting, are fundamental to success in this role. Fluency in English is required for clear and effective communication.
