Collaborate with the team to enhance Search quality by integrating advanced ML technologies.

Develop innovative solutions for novel search experiences, such as natural language queries.

Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms to improve search relevance and accuracy.

Address complex challenges involving interactions between search components like query understanding and ranking.

Manage all technical development facets, including defining requirements, design, implementation, unit testing, and integration.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

We seek candidates with at least 5 years of programming experience in Python or C++.

A minimum of 3 years of experience with ML infrastructure is essential, covering areas like model deployment, evaluation, optimization, data processing, and debugging.

Candidates should possess 3 years of experience in testing, maintaining, or launching software products.

Experience in software design and architecture is necessary, with at least 1 year of hands-on application.

Furthermore, 1 year of experience with GenAI techniques (e.g., LLMs, Multi-Modal, Large Vision Models) or related concepts like language modeling and computer vision is required.
