Collaborate with team members to identify and implement opportunities for Search quality improvement through advanced Machine Learning technologies within Search projects.

Develop innovative solutions that enable novel Search experiences, such as natural language query processing.

Design, implement, and refine machine learning models and algorithms aimed at enhancing search effectiveness.

Address intricate challenges arising from the interactions between various search components, including query understanding, knowledge interpretation, and ranking mechanisms.

Manage all technical facets of the development lifecycle, from defining technical requirements and architectural design to implementation, unit testing, and integration.

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

Minimum of 5 years of programming experience in Python or C++.

3 years of experience with ML infrastructure, encompassing model deployment, evaluation, optimization, data processing, and debugging.

3 years of experience in testing, maintaining, or launching software products.

1 year of experience in software design and architecture.

1 year of experience with GenAI techniques like LLMs, Multi-Modal, or Large Vision Models, or related concepts such as language modeling and computer vision.

Experience launching and scaling large-scale, user-facing production systems is preferred.

Familiarity with recommender systems and general software development is advantageous.

A strong passion for machine learning, ML/NLP, and quality assurance, coupled with excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, is highly valued.
