Enhance Workspace search quality by integrating advanced ML technologies into search projects. Develop innovative search experiences, including natural language query processing. Design and implement sophisticated machine learning models and algorithms to elevate search accuracy. Address intricate challenges involving query understanding, knowledge integration, and ranking within search components. Manage all development phases, from technical requirements and design to implementation, unit testing, and integration.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required. Candidates must possess at least 5 years of programming experience in Python or C++. Proficiency is also needed in ML infrastructure, including model deployment, evaluation, optimization, data processing, and debugging, with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Furthermore, 3 years of experience in testing, maintaining, or launching software products is necessary. A year of experience in software design and architecture, alongside a year of experience with Generative AI techniques like LLMs, Multi-Modal, or Large Vision Models, is also expected. Experience with software development and a passion for machine learning, NLP, and quality are highly valued.
