Take full ownership of your immediate work area, leading projects that often span multiple quarters with minimal supervision. Cultivate deep expertise (SME) in your assigned domain.

Effectively scope ambiguous problems, conduct thorough research on potential solutions and technologies, and recommend approaches that balance immediate and long-term needs.

Guide technical direction and set priorities for small teams (3-4 engineers), performing design and implementation of highly complex features. Deliver robust, production-ready code for storage solutions tailored to AI/ML workload demands.

Serve as a key liaison for cross-functional partners, ensuring alignment on objectives and timelines with neighboring teams.

Demonstrate leadership beyond individual contributions, positively influencing team members and adjacent teams.

Possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, coupled with at least 5 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages. A minimum of 3 years of experience in testing, maintaining, or launching software products is required, along with 1 year dedicated to software design and architecture.

Demonstrated experience with file systems and a strong understanding of Linux kernel internals are essential for this role.
