Take ownership of your work, designing and implementing projects that span multiple quarters with minimal oversight. Cultivate deep expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your assigned domain.

Identify and define ambiguous problems, conduct thorough research into potential solutions and technologies, and propose recommendations that balance immediate and future needs. Lead and set technical direction for projects involving a small team of 3-4 engineers, focusing on the design and implementation of complex features.

Deliver robust, production-ready code for storage solutions that precisely address the unique requirements of AI/ML workloads. Serve as a key point of contact for cross-functional partners, ensuring alignment of objectives and timelines with adjacent teams. Influence beyond your immediate role, positively impacting team members and other teams within the organization.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required. You should possess at least 5 years of hands-on software development experience in one or more programming languages.

Furthermore, a minimum of 3 years of experience is needed in testing, maintaining, or launching software products. Additionally, 1 year of experience in software design and architecture is essential. Familiarity with file systems and an understanding of Linux kernel internals are also crucial for this role.
