Drive continuous improvement in application design, build, deployment, and testing within cloud environments. Troubleshoot and resolve critical issues, and design innovative solutions. Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and translate business requirements into actionable implementation plans. Develop solution roadmaps, aligning with business objectives. Provide technical briefings and demonstrations of new technologies across the organization. Ensure compliance with company policies and work directives.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required. Candidates must possess at least 4 years of development experience in ServiceNow. Proficiency in ServiceNow development, C#, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and Web APIs is essential. Experience with Service Portal, Catalog, ITSM, Integrations, Widgets, and Record Producers is expected. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Test-Driven Development is necessary. Strong working knowledge of Web Services/APIs and REST Architecture is a must. Understanding of the ITIL framework and ITSM modules is important, along with the ability to support production environments and drive service restoration.
