Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, coupled with a minimum of 5 years in software development using various programming languages. Candidates should possess 3 years of experience in testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year dedicated to software design and architecture.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field, 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms, and 1 year in a technical leadership capacity. Experience developing accessible technologies is also advantageous.
