Design and implement robust automation solutions for recurring operations and maintenance activities, aiming to eliminate manual dependencies and build scalable frameworks. Develop intelligent monitoring systems to proactively detect anomalies using non-production data patterns and logs. Own the incident resolution lifecycle, from detailed triage and root cause analysis to delivering production-ready code fixes and permanent preventative controls.
Develop and maintain Salesforce PNRM solutions utilizing Apex, LWC, APIs, and configurations, ensuring alignment with enterprise SDLC standards. Contribute to strategic AI-driven transformation initiatives, focusing on intelligent incident triage, RCA acceleration, and predictive monitoring. Operate effectively within an offshore delivery model, collaborating closely with onshore teams for validation and deployment, while maintaining comprehensive documentation and knowledge repositories.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce development is essential, alongside strong expertise in core Java and enterprise integrations. Proven hands-on experience in production support and operations is required, with a track record of delivering code fixes, testing, and production-ready solutions. Proficiency in SDLC, change management, and release processes is necessary. Key technical skills include Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, integrations, Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow automation, complemented by solid debugging and root cause analysis capabilities.
