As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in engineering and maintaining high-performance, secure, and robust solutions. You will confidently deliver significant features and improvements with minimal supervision, collaborating with your team on larger projects and tackling complex technical challenges.

You will translate high-level business requirements into detailed software designs, effectively communicating these to fellow developers. A key aspect of this role involves reviewing and providing constructive feedback on code, features, architecture, and designs, driving code quality and testing standards across your product. You will also be responsible for shaping the technical roadmap and architecture for the team.

We are seeking a seasoned engineer with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification, coupled with a minimum of 6 years of programming experience. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in their duties, and has ideally experienced scaling products from inception to maturity.

Familiarity with our technology stack, including Python, Django, React, MongoDB, AWS, and GoLang, is highly preferred. A passion for solving real customer pain points and experience in building scalable distributed systems and critical platform components are essential. Experience in marketplace platforms is a plus. You should be comfortable thriving in ambiguous environments by identifying areas for impact and pursuing them autonomously.
