A graduate degree or equivalent experience is required. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field is preferred, alongside equivalent practical experience. We seek candidates with over 3 years of software engineering experience in languages like Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript. A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in building AI, ML, Generative AI, or LLM-based applications is essential. Proficiency with modern AI frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, or CrewAI is expected. Experience integrating AI services from providers like Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini is necessary. Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, cloud-native development, and container technologies is crucial. A strong understanding of prompt engineering, RAG architecture, embeddings, vector databases, and AI evaluation techniques is required. Solid software engineering fundamentals, design patterns, testing, and secure coding practices are vital. Proficiency with Git, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices is expected. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills are a must. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences, are essential.
