Develop and enhance features and tools for Enterprise Service offerings, including NGC, Container Orchestrators (Kubernetes), and GPU-accelerated applications.

Collaborate with NVIDIA Enterprise customers and internal teams to boost the reliability and user experience of NVIDIA servers, system software, and Deep Learning Framework containers.

Lead customer issue resolution for system software, containers, Deep Learning frameworks, and Cloud deployments from start to finish.

Explore and research new GPU use cases within emerging container technologies and Deep Learning frameworks.

Apply independent analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills to enhance customer experiences.

Participate in an on-call rotation (one weekend per month) for critical customer outages requiring immediate engineering support.

Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in system software development and troubleshooting, with a preference for customer-facing roles.

Exhibit intellectual curiosity, a positive attitude, flexibility, strong analytical abilities, self-motivation, and a team-oriented mindset.

Showcase robust computer science fundamentals and excellent proficiency in Python and scripting methodologies.

Exhibit a deep understanding of at least two areas from data centers, servers, distributed systems, virtualization, deep learning frameworks, containers/containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), or hybrid cloud (AWS, GCP).

Possess extensive Linux knowledge, with comfort working across various Linux environments and Windows OS.
