Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, with a minimum of 5 years in software development.

Demonstrated expertise in Machine Learning (ML) and Large Language Models (LLMs), including model training and evaluation. Experience with developing and evaluating new signals/scores for large-scale systems is essential.

Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and research.
