This role focuses on enhancing Salesforce technology and driving initiatives through data science techniques. You'll play a key part in developing predictive models, managing data pipelines, and leveraging AI tools like Salesforce Einstein and GPT to elevate customer experiences and sales effectiveness. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions is essential. Continuous learning in data science, Python, and Salesforce is also expected.

Lead requirements elicitation sessions with stakeholders to capture functional and non-functional needs for Salesforce enhancements. Facilitate brainstorming with the development team during the requirements analysis phase. Develop comprehensive requirements management plans, business requirement documents, and functional requirement documents. Create data flow and process flow diagrams for enhanced system understanding. Execute projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies to ensure timely delivery and exceed customer expectations.

Utilize data science techniques and tools for in-depth analysis and interpretation of large datasets. Develop predictive models and algorithms to address complex business challenges. Implement and maintain data pipelines using SSIS. Enhance customer experience and drive sales effectiveness by integrating Salesforce Einstein and GPT. Collaborate with diverse teams to design, implement, and evaluate data-driven solutions. Stay abreast of industry trends in data science, Python programming, and Salesforce technologies. Document project artifacts diligently to maintain best practices and ensure timely delivery.

A minimum of 5 years of overall software development experience is required, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce. Significant experience is also needed in Lightning/LWC (2+ years), technical leadership (2+ years), and data science with Python programming (2+ years). We also require 1+ years of experience with ChatGPT and prompt engineering, along with 1+ year in Financial Services Cloud (FSL).

Proficiency in Salesforce customization, building integrations, and data integration techniques using SSIS is essential. A strong understanding of Sales, Service, and Community Clouds, along with SFDC objects and custom object definition, is crucial. Candidates must demonstrate proven analytical and problem-solving skills, alongside expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Process Builder, Approval Process, Reports, Dashboards, and both SOAP and REST integrations. Experience with Canvas Apps and an understanding of Sharing and Security Models are also required.
