Lead the end-to-end delivery of advanced Conversational AI platforms, encompassing both voice and chat solutions. Drive Agile execution by meticulously managing planning, prioritization, dependencies, and risks to ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes and operational excellence.
Provide technical leadership in designing and implementing sophisticated AI-powered chatbot and voice bot solutions. Champion the adoption of modern cloud-native architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and Shift-Left practices, ensuring all solutions are scalable, secure, and adhere to stringent enterprise standards.
Accelerate the integration of AI across products and business processes, leveraging Conversational AI, Generative AI, and intelligent automation. Promote Responsible AI principles and the AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC), while utilizing enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity. Continuously evaluate emerging trends to foster strategic innovation and drive improvements.
Collaborate closely with Product, Architecture, Security, and Business teams to achieve strategic objectives. Effectively manage priorities, dependencies, and risks, providing clear executive communications. Ensure technology execution is tightly aligned with business goals and evolving customer needs.
Mentor and develop a high-performing team of engineers and technical leads, cultivating a strong culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning. Actively support hiring, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field is required, alongside a minimum of 9 years of software engineering experience. This must include at least 2 years in technical or people leadership roles, with a proven history of successfully delivering complex enterprise applications and programs.
Essential technical proficiencies include hands-on experience with Amazon Lex and Google Dialogflow, as well as experience in building chatbots, voice bots, and virtual assistants. Integration expertise with CCaaS Platforms is also a key requirement.
Candidates must demonstrate strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and cloud-native architectures. Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or TypeScript is necessary, coupled with a solid understanding of DevOps, DevSecOps, and Shift-Left engineering practices.
Experience implementing AI solutions within enterprise environments is crucial, along with a firm grasp of AIDLC and Responsible AI principles. Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks is highly desirable.
Robust Agile delivery experience using methodologies like Scrum and Kanban is expected, complemented by proven excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration. The ability to effectively balance delivery commitments, innovation, and technical excellence is paramount.
