Demonstrated experience in integrating AI/ML features, event-driven architectures with Kafka, and asynchronous processing. Expertise in cloud platforms like AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, or GCP is essential for building and deploying production-grade applications.

Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases, including data modeling and optimization, is crucial. Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and related Spring technologies (MVC, Batch, Security, Data JPA, Hibernate) is required.

Proven ability to design and deliver enterprise-level solutions using microservices architecture, cloud-native development, and distributed systems. Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven/Gradle, and modern testing methodologies is expected.

Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are necessary for effective cross-team collaboration and leadership. Leadership experience, including mentoring junior engineers and managing cross-functional teams, is vital for overseeing project delivery.
