Candidates should possess 8+ years of experience, including 6+ years in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise software and distributed systems. Proficiency in modern programming languages like Java, GoLang, Python, or C# is essential, with at least 6 years of hands-on experience.

Significant cloud platform experience is necessary, with 4+ years working on AWS, Azure, or GCP. Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, along with 4+ years in CI/CD pipelines, source control, testing frameworks, and automation practices, is also required.
