Automate critical storage operations, including provisioning, monitoring, metrics, telemetry, and troubleshooting, to guarantee exceptional reliability and performance. Integrate advanced observability and tracing into workflows, enhancing accuracy, reducing latency, and optimizing the efficiency of infrastructure services. Implement agentic workflows focused on self-healing, proactive issue resolution, and automation to significantly lower operational overhead. Build proofs-of-concept for integrations between infrastructure services and cutting-edge agentic AI frameworks, establishing the groundwork for intelligent infrastructure platforms. Document best practices, evaluate emerging technologies, and champion the adoption of next-gen automation within enterprise storage services.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience, is required, coupled with 12+ years of relevant experience. Candidates with a Master's degree need 10+ years of experience, and those with a Ph.D. require 8+ years. Essential expertise includes building large-scale, multi-threaded, distributed backend systems and designing/developing RESTful APIs with Python or Go. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes is crucial.
