Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack applications, building scalable RESTful APIs and modern user interfaces. You will actively participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from design to production support, acting as a hands-on engineer who tackles complex challenges.
Troubleshoot critical technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure application availability and stability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and architecture, to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. Contribute to essential documentation and identify opportunities for system enhancements and AI/ML integration.
A Bachelor of Science degree in computer science or a related quantitative field is required, along with over 8 years of comprehensive software engineering experience. You should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting Spring Boot-based APIs and backend services within large-scale enterprise settings.
Proficiency in Java and a strong understanding of Agile development methodologies are essential. Experience with relational databases like MS SQL and working knowledge of CI/CD practices and tooling are also crucial for success in this role. Familiarity with regulated environments, particularly in healthcare, is highly desirable.
