This role emphasizes leveraging AI tools and modern development practices to create impactful solutions within a dynamic enterprise setting.

Design, build, and maintain robust enterprise-level web applications utilizing GoLang and Java Springboot, complemented by modern front-end technologies like React. Support and enhance tools critical for deployment, monitoring, and operational efficiency. Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and UX teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software. Conduct thorough code reviews, uphold best practices, and provide mentorship to junior engineers. Optimize application performance, scalability, and security, while actively exploring and adopting emerging technologies. Utilize AI tools such as Claude, Codex, and GitHub Copilot for code enhancement and review. Adhere strictly to employment contracts, company policies, and directives.

As a builder, develop and deploy innovative AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms. Translate complex business requirements into scalable applications that improve products, streamline workflows, and enhance decision-making processes.

A minimum of 10 years of professional software development experience is required. Demonstrable expertise in GoLang, Java Springboot, HTML5, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks, particularly React. Proven experience with cloud platforms, with a preference for Azure, though AWS and GCP are acceptable. A strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design is essential. Solid grasp of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code practices. Familiarity with AI technologies and tools, including Claude, Codex, GitHub Copilot, and Figma. Proficient in DevOps tools and practices such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, ARM, or Bicep. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are crucial for success in this role.
