Provide key technical direction for engineering teams developing high-impact, business-critical features for prominent products. Ensure the quality, scalability, reliability, and maintainability of solutions.

Architect, design, and implement enterprise-level cloud-native solutions utilizing Microsoft Azure, .NET, and Angular. Leverage Azure services for building secure, scalable, and resilient applications.

Lead the design and implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI initiatives to enhance business processes, automate workflows, and improve customer experiences across the product portfolio. This includes driving the adoption of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, Prompt Engineering best practices, and AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph for intelligent enterprise applications.

Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Stakeholders, Data Scientists, Architects, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions. Offer technical guidance, mentoring, and coaching to software engineers through architecture and code reviews, fostering engineering excellence. Establish and enforce best practices in software engineering, including secure coding, design patterns, performance optimization, testing, and architectural governance.

Drive DevOps maturity through CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, monitoring, observability, and release management for efficient deployments and operational stability. Champion AI-powered Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) tools to boost developer productivity, automate tasks, improve code quality, accelerate testing, and optimize delivery. Ensure applications meet enterprise standards for security, compliance, performance, scalability, and operational excellence, while proactively managing technical risks.

Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in cloud computing, AI/ML, and Generative AI, proposing innovative solutions for measurable business value. Adhere to all Company policies and procedures regarding work location, assignments, schedules, and flexible work arrangements.

Requires a graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Possess extensive software engineering experience with proven expertise in Microsoft Azure, .NET, Angular, and AI/ML technologies.

Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams and successfully delivering enterprise-scale cloud applications and AI-driven solutions.

Must have worked in Agile/Scrum environments, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and engineering best practices.
