Spearhead the architecture, design, and delivery of secure, scalable cloud-native applications and AI-powered solutions. Lead the implementation of production-grade AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, AI agents, and intelligent automation.

Design and implement multi-agent AI systems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, and agent-based solutions utilizing leading frameworks. Optimize AI systems for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency, leveraging Azure cloud technologies.

Drive AI adoption across business applications and customer-facing experiences. Define engineering standards, mentor engineers, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI-driven business opportunities. Ensure adherence to Responsible AI, security, and compliance standards.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, alongside 8+ years of software engineering experience with Agile/Lean methodologies.

Possess 5+ years of experience in designing and delivering cloud-native solutions, with a strong preference for Azure. Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, SQL, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines is essential.

Demonstrated experience architecting and delivering agent-based solutions using frameworks like Semantic Kernel or LangChain, along with deep knowledge of AI system design for production performance and economics. Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor engineers is key.
