Responsibilities

Collaborate with application owners and architects to execute seamless system integrations, understanding their impact on the system supply chain. Develop software that fulfills user story acceptance criteria and thoughtfully apply automation to enhance user efficiency. Automate test cases to support fellow developers and provide support to business partners in system development and maintenance. Monitor production systems, address incident tickets, and participate in daily stand-ups to share progress and foster team collaboration. Ensure the secure development of systems for reusability and resilience by reviewing API documentation for integration development.

Utilize enterprise-approved AI tools to boost productivity and innovation through workflow streamlining and task automation. Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation. Comply with all employment contracts, company policies, and directives, adapting to changes in the business environment as needed.

Qualifications

Possess a ServiceNow System Administration Certification and a ServiceNow Application Development Certification. Bring a minimum of 7 years of experience as an Application Developer and Integration Expert within ServiceNow product modules. Demonstrate working experience with integrations (REST/SOAP) and the development/implementation of ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules, including strong knowledge of the Service Catalog and System Web Services. Experience extending the ServiceNow schema for custom applications and co-innovating with end-users for requirement testing is essential.

Exhibit good knowledge of JavaScript, scripting, HTML, and CSS. Familiarity with the Agile Delivery Model and awareness of database and SQL commands are required. A solid understanding of ITSM, ITIL, CMDB, and CSM processes and workflows is crucial. Proven abilities include strong prioritization skills, driving solution development from a high-level perspective, serving as a team lead, and coaching junior employees. The ideal candidate can analyze technical drawbacks, improve process efficiency through re-thinking, and possesses self-driven critical thinking, analytical abilities, flexibility, adaptability, effective communication, time management, self-confidence, and sound independent decision-making skills. Openness to changes and challenges, along with teamwork, is paramount.
