Our Agentic Core Services Team is developing a scalable, cloud-native platform for building, executing, and managing agentic applications. We aim to provide robust infrastructure for developers to create intelligent, autonomous AI agents with confidence and agility.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of software development, influencing how developers interact with our platform. You will work with cutting-edge AI research, integrating multi-modal capabilities into real-world applications and collaborating with top AI minds.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define user requirements and drive the development of design documents for products, applications, and services.

Create, implement, optimize, and debug code to enhance performance, maintainability, and return on investment.

Leverage product expertise to guide project and release plans, acting as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI).

Guide other engineers, develop playbooks, and manage on-call duties to ensure system reliability and performance.

Proactively learn and adapt to new technical trends and solutions to improve product availability, reliability, and efficiency.

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is required.

Seven or more years of experience in designing, building, and operating production-grade software and services at scale is necessary, with a proven history of delivering high-impact solutions.

Demonstrated expertise in complex technical challenges within distributed systems, AI/ML infrastructure, developer platforms, or cloud services is highly desirable.

Experience engaging with customers during integration or deployment, focusing on delivering value and incorporating feedback, is a plus.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements, including a Microsoft Cloud Background Check, is mandatory.
