We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to our innovative product verticals, including HRIS Flows Experience, HRIS Flows Infrastructure, HR Applications, and Org Management. This role is instrumental in supporting Rippling's global expansion and vision for a unified workforce management platform.

Collaborate closely with product management and design leaders to define and execute the team's vision, strategy, and roadmap, balancing platform and product needs.

Spearhead key initiatives encompassing architectural enhancements, improvements to hiring processes, boosting engineering efficiency, and managing post-mortem analyses.

Provide strong technical leadership and drive development within a fast-paced startup environment for a broadly scoped engineering team.

Elevate the team's capabilities through dedicated mentorship, setting clear expectations, and supporting members in taking on more significant workstreams.

Champion high-quality deliverables and elevate engineering standards by developing and implementing effective tools, monitoring systems, and processes across the organization.

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering is required.

Demonstrated experience in building and delivering customer-facing products.

Proven ability to work with systems operating at significant technical and organizational scale.

Experience thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Proficiency in designing and building projects with robust abstractions and sound architecture.

Comfort and expertise in developing scalable and extensible core services that underpin multiple products.
