Develop and rigorously test product or system code to ensure high quality and performance.

Engage in design reviews with peers and stakeholders, evaluating and selecting optimal technologies.

Provide constructive feedback on code developed by colleagues, upholding best practices for style, efficiency, and testability.

Contribute to and update documentation and educational materials, adapting them to product changes and user feedback.

Analyze and resolve product or system issues, debugging and tracking problems to understand their impact on operations and quality.

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

Possess at least 5 years of hands-on experience in software development using one or more programming languages.

Demonstrate 3 years of experience in testing, maintaining, or launching software products.

Have 1 year of experience focused on software design and architecture.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field, 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms, and 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role. Experience developing accessible technologies is also a plus.
