We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of software development experience in at least one programming language. A strong foundation in software design and architecture, coupled with 3 years of experience in testing, maintaining, or launching software products, is essential.

Academic background should include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. For those with advanced qualifications, a Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field, along with 5 years of experience in data structures and algorithms, and 1 year in a technical leadership role, are highly valued.
