Contribute to and update documentation and educational materials, adapting to product changes and user feedback.

Investigate, debug, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing root causes and their impact on operations and quality.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, alongside a minimum of 5 years of programming experience in Java or C++.

Demonstrated proficiency is also needed in JavaScript or TypeScript, with at least 3 years of experience.

Furthermore, 3 years of experience in software testing, maintenance, or launch is necessary, complemented by 1 year of experience in software design and architecture.
