Define and lead the frontend architectural vision for large-scale products. Design and implement scalable component systems, UI frameworks, and internal development tools. Translate product requirements and design mockups into robust technical solutions. Spearhead initiatives for performance optimization, accessibility, security, and overall system scalability. Break down intricate problems, devise long-term technical strategies, and influence the product roadmap. Develop reusable libraries, design systems, and internal packages to enhance engineering efficiency. Conduct code reviews, promote best engineering practices, and uphold technical excellence. Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to deliver comprehensive end-to-end solutions. Mentor senior engineers, empowering them to operate at an architectural level.

Possess 5-8 years of extensive frontend engineering experience, with deep expertise in React.js and TypeScript. Demonstrate a strong background in architecting large-scale, distributed, and modular frontend systems. Show mastery of modern state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or React Query. Exhibit expert-level proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Web APIs, browser internals, and performance tuning. Be highly skilled with build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Turborepo, including bundling and optimization techniques. Possess the ability to design sophisticated UI frameworks, component libraries, and cross-platform solutions. Have a solid understanding of REST, GraphQL, caching strategies, and client-side data architecture. Demonstrate strong debugging capabilities and experience resolving complex production-scale issues. Be proficient in automated testing frameworks (Jest, RTL, Cypress) and CI/CD workflows. Be comfortable with an office-based working environment.
