As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you will architect and build highly scalable, operable, and available applications using the Java J2EE stack. Your role involves significant code development, rigorous code reviews, and day-to-day system support.

You will be instrumental in ensuring product deliverables are performant and responsive, maintaining high code quality, and enabling automation across the software development lifecycle. This includes supporting testing efforts, contributing to application and system interface development, and actively participating in Agile ceremonies like Daily Scrum, Story Grooming, and Sprint Planning.

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. You should possess expert-level experience in code reviews, system design, and mentoring junior developers.

Key qualifications include a strong understanding of design patterns, excellent communication skills for collaborating with business partners, and experience in cloud-native development. A proven track record in designing and developing consumer-facing products and extensive experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies are essential. Delivering scalable products through CI/CD pipelines on-prem or in the cloud is also a critical requirement.
