Engage in the full software development lifecycle, including programming, analysis, design, development, testing, and support of applications. You will be responsible for creating high-quality, secure, and scalable software solutions while adhering to Mastercard's standards. This role involves researching and evaluating technical alternatives, performing feasibility studies, and contributing to project timelines and deliverables. Additionally, you will participate in incident management, on-call support rotation, and document programs according to best practices.

A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience is required. You should possess a strong understanding of Software Engineering Concepts and Methodologies. Essential skills include proficiency in object-oriented programming, debugging, and experience with technologies such as Java, Spring, Hibernate, SQL, Oracle, Git, and test automation frameworks. Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies, various operating systems (Windows, UNIX, Linux), and relational databases is expected. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and independent learning abilities are key.
