Design, construct, and maintain scalable services powering AI-driven productivity tools. Develop sophisticated systems for intelligent reasoning, planning, and information retrieval within complex user workflows. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, researchers, and data scientists to address customer needs and deliver impactful solutions. Utilize large language models and advanced AI technologies to craft intuitive, reliable, and effective user experiences. Drive experimentation and data-informed decision-making, leveraging telemetry and user feedback for continuous improvement in quality, adoption, and satisfaction. A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline is required, alongside a minimum of 4 years of technical engineering experience. Proficiency in coding languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python is essential. Alternatively, equivalent practical experience will be considered.

Preferred qualifications include 6+ years of professional software engineering experience in building and deploying production services. Strong programming skills in C#, Java, C++, or Python are highly valued. Experience in designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems is crucial. A solid understanding of system design, debugging, testing, and operational excellence is expected. Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical issues and deliver customer-focused solutions is a key asset.
